No more fee-for-service payments and hidden fees. Most importantly, no third party interference with a physician’s clinical plan for their patients. The defining element of DPC is an enduring and trusting relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. Patients have extraordinary access to their physician, and physicians are accountable first and foremost to their patients insead of insurance companies. The DPC concept has been embraced by healthcare policymakers on both sides of the aisle and has created happier patients and doctors all over the country!

In house labs are also included such as Rapid Strep Test, Flu, RSV & Covid Test, Urinalysis and more. Members also receive access to wholesale pricing on send-out labs and select medications saving families on copays and high priced insurance deductibles. We even offer sick visits for out-of-town visiting extended family members thereby making your family visit a little smoother. Absolutely! We offer several ways to connect with your doctor. Video calls, text messaging and phone calls in many cases can be used to answer quick questions, make diagnoses or rule out a diagnosis without the hassle of commuting to our office. However, if a clinical decision can not be reached via virtual media, an office visit or a home visit, if deemed necessary may be utilized.

Yes, we do offer a fee-for-service rate for non-members and one-time visitors. We strongly encourage families to join as a member to begin reaping the many benefits and conveniences of ongoing personalized care for your child.

Absolutely not! All calls will be received by your doctor or a trusted provider when your doctor is unavailable. Your doctor is also human and may get sick at times or have demands that pull her away for a short period of time. However, you will never be sent to an answering service or be left without a call back in a timely manner.

Yes, and we work through a 3rd-party vendor that accepts most insurances for vaccines. Cash pay vaccines are also available.

We currently accept credit card payments and checks for our services.

Our physicians are considered out-of-network providers who do not take insurance for physician related fees. Your insurance may be used when ordering laboratory tests, imaging and vaccinations by each respected entity. However, you may be able to use your FSA account from your health insurance to pay for your membership.

Yes! Your membership is not a substitute for your current insurance. We strongly recommend families to continue having insurance coverage. Insurance can help cover the cost of hospital stays, ER visits, and imaging as-well-as medications and labs not covered by our wholesale pricing, which can be a financial burden for families.

Membership can be canceled at any time provided a 30-day notice is given. Please contact our office for a membership cancellation form to be completed and returned to our office.
