Dr. Juliette Walker, a board-certified pediatrician, provides a unique style of modern personalized medicine while caring for the whole body and mind of each patient she treats. Dr. Walker’s zeal for science and medicine sprung forth in her youth, while growing up in sunny South Florida. With an innate love and passion for children, she was certain that pediatrics was the specialty she wanted to pursue. Dr. Walker went on to complete her pediatric residency training in NYC at Mount Sinai, Bronx Care. She quickly established an affiliation with Weill-Cornell / New York Presbyterian Hospital as an Assistant Professor, and worked in private practice throughout the NYC boroughs before relocating to South Carolina. She began her next role as a traditional pediatric attending at a community hospital and quickly took on the role as a preceptor for resident physicians and medical students from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Her career has afforded her opportunities to function as both an inpatient and outpatient attending, as well as serving both underprivileged families and celebrities alike.
The convergence of Dr. Walker’s passions and the broad range of her professional experiences that she acquired throughout her career form the keystone of Paragon Pediatrics. As a local of Charleston, you may bump into Dr. Walker while she enjoys the town with her husband and two children, but never without her asking about your kids first.

I’m feeling beyond grateful to be named Woman of the Year by Make-A-Wish!
It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m humbled by the support of the LowCountry W.I.S.H society. Together, we’ve raised over $100k to grant 14 precious wishes for critically-ill children in our community!
Thank you to all of those who have donated their time and resources to this year’s drive! You’ve truly made a difference in these kids’ lives! And, if you’re still interested in participating, we are collecting donations through the end of the year!
